Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?
Telehealth only. All sessions are held over secure video, so you can meet from anywhere in Massachusetts or Oregon.
How long are sessions?
Standard sessions run 60 minutes.
What ages do you work with?
Teens, adults, and elders (65+). Sessions are individual only — I don't currently offer couples or family therapy.
Do you speak any languages besides English?
Yes — sessions are available in English and Swahili.
What happens in a first session?
We start by getting to know each other: your background, current challenges, and what you're hoping might be different. From there we identify early goals and talk through what a treatment plan could look like.
