What you can expect from a first session
You don't need to have it figured out. Many clients arrive unsure of what they need or how to describe what they're going through — that's completely okay. We start exactly where you are.
We'll get to know each other. I'll spend time learning your background, your current challenges, and what you're hoping might be different. I'll ask questions, but I'll also give you space to share things in your own way and at your own pace.
We'll build a plan together. From there, we identify patterns, set early goals, and talk through what treatment might look like — with real flexibility in how we shape your care as we go. My goal for that first session is simple: that you leave feeling less alone, more understood, and with a sense that progress is possible.
